Chicago Bulls Enter Race for Kevin Love, Cavs Still Frontrunner

The Cleveland Cavaliers appeared to be the only team working diligently to get Kevin Love this offseason, but most recently the Chicago Bulls have entered the race offering Taj Gibson, Jimmy Butler and several other players.

While they enter the race late, many believe the Cavaliers have the clear edge as they will be offering the Timberwolves Andrew Wiggins along with much improved Anthony Bennett.

The Minnesota Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor continues to tell the media that he happy with opening the season with Kevin Love on the books and that he will hold out on trading Love. League sources continue to sway to the team partying ways and potentially working a deal with the Cavaliers.

The Potential Cavaliers Future:

Many believe if the Cavaliers can get the trade done that the trio of Kyrie Irving, Lebron James and Kevin Love would be hard to beat and a franchise that could bring multiple championships. The true test will not be with the stars, but as we saw in the 2014 Miami Heat team, it will come down to the role players contributing and buying into each of their roles.
